Since I was a kid, I’ve never been able to stand by while injustice or immorality went unanswered. That instinct got me into trouble once or twice, but it also shaped who I became. I’ve stood up to bullies and those who enable them for as long as I can remember. I don’t back down. I never have. And for the past decade, that fight has taken place in courtrooms.
I believe deeply that doing the right thing can cost you everything. And yet, it remains the most worthwhile and honorable pursuit there is. That belief has carried me to courthouse steps across the country, advocating for my clients against adversaries of every kind. Result: Referral. Achieved a full dismissal with prejudice of all claims, effectively resolving the matter before a responsive pleading had to be filed. My strategic approach led to an early and efficient victory for the client.

Result: Hired as co-counsel and lead attorney concerning trade secret dispute. Successfully defended the client against the plaintiff's sought-after injunctive relief. The court was persuaded that the information at issue did not qualify as a trade secret, and the case was later resolved through a confidential settlement.

Result: After extensive negotiations, the matter settled for an amount and under terms that my client was thrilled to accept, given the potential damages available under the statute and claims raised against them.

Result: Hired midway through litigation to serve as lead trial counsel. After a full jury trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of my client in excess of $1 million.
